The following four designs are available from stock
The
following brooches are individually handmade
and are, therefore, all slightly different,
whilst retaining their family likenesses. The
bases of the silver with 18 ct designs are cast,
but each one is individually textured, some
are pierced, and then the 18 ct wires are added.
Where stones are used, again, the types and
colours vary, depending on whim or request.

| COMMISSIONED
DESIGNS |
Sheila
works in silver, 9 ct & 18 ct gold, all
designed and made by her alone. Some pieces
are handmade, some cast , some a combination
of both. Designs are based on smooth, flowing
organic curves or the movements of water around
obstructions. She is interested in contrasts;
a bright against a matt or textured surface,
solid against open wirework areas, gold against
silver, or yellow with red or white gold.
Stones, where used, are the focal point in the
overall design, and she enjoys combining their
colours in subtle ways. She particularly loves
Opal, for its endless variety, and Tourmaline
for its vast range of slightly offbeat colours.
 She
will happily set your own stones, either into
an existing design, or into a new design created
to suit your personality - or you can choose
from her collection of very special Opals and
other stones. This example is w 17 mm and h
19 mm. It is a 9
ct pendant with fire agate or can be set with
an opal
